We offer free UPS Surepost shipping on every order. If you need it faster, we also offer:
- UPS Ground® 3- 5 business days
- UPS 2Day®: 2 business days
- UPS Standard Overnight®: Next business day
Standard Order Processing Times
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. Orders placed by 2pm EST will be processed the same day and orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We offer international shipping with our shipping partner International Checkout. Once you are ready to checkout, just click the "International Shipping" button at the bottom of your shopping bag page. Your order will be placed through International Checkout. Customers using non-US credit cards with US addresses should follow this procedure as well.
We hope you absolutely love your Pippa & Julie purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 21 days of the ship date (which is the day your shipping notice was emailed). Your return shipping will be free if you send it with the UPS return slip provided in your package. Returns must be received by the Pippa & Julie warehouse within these 21 days and will not be accepted after 21 days.
There is a $8.00 restocking fee on all returns received. All returns must be shipped back with the original invoice.
Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way, and the original tags must still be attached.
All customers’ returns are reviewed and monitored. Excessive customer returns will be reviewed and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Pippa & Julie account.
We are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time.
Pippa & Julie has an established returns policy, which provides ample opportunity for our customers to spend time with our garments. We cannot accept returns received out of the 21-day policy.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchase method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and, unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Pippa & Julie. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
All coupons and promo codes are non combinable. This does not include gift cards.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. When possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items outside of our Returns Policy, please email email@example.com.
Note: Be sure to read and follow the care instructions attached to your garments. Pippa & Julie cannot be held responsible for damage if care instructions are not followed.
